Personally, i couldn’t agree more!! I understand we all have different perspectives since we all from different background maybe housewives, students, father of 4, or workers in Astro. Don’t make it sounds so right when everything went soo god damn wrong Astro. Please care about your viewers. I mean, do u have any feeling when you watching your favorite channel and all the sudden the sound start to deviated and display the stupid blue box on top of the screen saying sort of like “service temporary of out order”? come on!!! weather?? weather problem??? Yes, if there is stormy lightening and heavy pouring rain, but is sun shine out there. Is sun shine with normal traveling wind speed and 32 degree celsius in Malaysia call extreme weather?? Astro suck. Wont u feel guilty when your viewers paying every single cent u demanding monthly watching nothing but the stupid blue box with black blanked screen?
I think people in Malaysia willing to pay for improvement of signal quality more then what so ever channel packages, come on what packages can we subscribe when we have to deal with the very basic signal problem?? think and care about your customers. They are all u have now and forever.
After all these years of monopolism here in Malaysia, is time to hear their voices and care about your customers. They all you have, now and forever.

damn rite dude… astro sucks shit… damn that ananda krishnan. the signal quality is like horse shit worst eventhough when im watchin in clear blue sky let alone level 5 hurricane.. so much for a satelite dish n high bills every month even uhf stick is more clear during hurricane… asshole crappy technology.. again ASTROFULLOFSHIT

dude i completely agree with you… astro sucks big time…. even my third world country where i come from has better tv channels for way lower price… and they are all up to date… rarely do they repeat anything…. i gotta agree with ya man astro sucks big time… and i realized that 4 years ago when i first came to malaysia… no offence to malaysia… i love malaysia… but astro sucks… maybe its bcz they dont hv any competition…. and sports…. what can i say… you gotta pay 100 bloody bucks to watch world cup and in my country its literally FOC!!!!!

Hurm.. i had thought so .. and we had thought so that many people will suck us down. But there is nothing we (ASTRO) can do. The price from the distributor was high already. I was involve in ASTRO reprising analysis and after the analysis, we can see it clearly, why price hike is needed.

for xazuru . no way you can do that:D it come in package. Can you just buy toothpaste without the tube? you will need to carry them by your hand.just buy the paste only:D

and i agree with hcfoo .. You guys have a lots of choice . Rather you make the right choice or not:D and choices has change Spiderman To VENOM.

nobody asks for new channels. previous channels was good enough for me. i think the consumers committee could do something here, because astro subsribers was forced to buy something that they don’t really need! coz as a user, you have the right to choose.

eg. I buy the cartoon package, I want to watch 60, 61, and 62.. but I don’t want to subscribe to 63! why must I pay for that no 63 if I don’t want to watch it??

U have lotsa options. Decrease package/channels, unsubscribe Astro, watch less tv, etc. I think it’s fair they increase the price looking at the increase number of channels. There’s no free lunch in this world
