Perharps there’s a blog that say ‘Unlucky in the U.S.A.’?

“I am sad to acknowledge that Paypal actually did the right thing.”

Scrooge McDuck though will disagree, he will search every sort of way to make a profit, even dealing with scoundrels.

“Many Malaysian sell things on eBay, get payment through Paypal but did not send the goods after receiving payment.”

This sort of thing happened all over the world and commited not just by Malaysians.

Of course they’re smart enough to use fake identities, so scammers from Malaysia probably don’t claim to be Malaysians, plus they probably also got U.S.A Bank Accounts to deposit their scam money.

“We are being penalised because of them.”

The problem is… ‘them’ don’t necessary have to be Malaysians.

“Don’t forget Malaysia is still on the list of high fraud risk country.”

The list is subjective, since if it’s truthful, then the U.S.A. should be on it too.

I would say it’s more of a ‘list of financial whiz countries that we think we can’t control right now’.

But, his blog has been hacked…
