Of course this group of people don’t necessary have to be Malaysians.

Remember, expert scammers don’t use their real identities, let alone their real addresses.

Don’t be so harsh to condemn your own people even if it’s just a small group, especially if it’s for something that they don’t even do.

Should you side with the foreign PayPal or your own people?

Remember that even PayPal have a negative reputation of mistreating its users in the U.S.A. (sudden frozen accounts, unable to withdraw, unfair treatment that benefit the nasty buyers, etc).

there’s no need to open an US account for paypal purposes anymore. You can simply apply for a PBB Visa Debit Card and use it.

Hi, I’m able to use VMI Debit Card with US Bank a/c no to withdraw my PayPal fund. Oredy use it for few months without problems. Only thing, I’ve to pay USD4.50 service charge per transaction. From now on, I’ll rather accumulate my fund to a bigger amount before rushing to ATM. Those interested, you may contact VMI local agent in KL, vmi.mal@gmail.com to get the card. No need to pay for long distance postage, etc. Good Luck.

I withdraw bit by bit first lah…safe mah..I started with $15,$30,$45,$60..from Paypal to VMI card. I am going to withdraw my money from VMI card next week. I want REAL CASH.

Mind share with me that paypal currency buyer ? I would like to have another option
besides VMI card and etrade. Aiyah..my etrade application was nowhere to be seen. I have to apply again…..*sigh*

lol i’m still waiting for my E*Trade to come and besides, VMI has a limit of 500 USD withdrawal per day. Unless I send my utility bill to them in order to increase my withdrawal limit.

you are right, normally VMI users will have limited status initially and i agree it’s quite troublesome.
you can clear your money through trusted paypal currency buyer for now but not advisable if later you have USD1 million to clear.
