You have to look at the bigger picture. If no one littered in the first place, there would be no clogged drains. If there were no clogged drains there would be no flood when it rains. If there were no flood when it rains, there would be no need to construct the multi million RM SMART tunnel. If there was no need for the construction of the SMART tunnel, there would be no jobs for the engineers, contractors and blue collared workers. If the engineers, contractors and blue collared workers were to have no job then their families' lifelihood would be affected. So, in the bigger picture, for the sake of humanity, POWER TO THE LITTERBUG!!!!!!! So now we can blame it on the SMART tunnel instead of the rain!
